Agreed.
As for the people being intoxicated, pooping and peeing in the streets of Rupert…this is getting as bad as the Downtown Eastside of Vancouver.
It just seems that residents don’t take pride in their properties. Overgrown shrubs, trees, grass,and misc. junk… I don’t remember it looking like that years ago, but perhaps that kind of thing wasn’t important to me then.
