To change my original post; I’m posting from a cramped dorm room in Nanaimo, B.C. I get woken up routinely during the night by fellow residents, and am in a program I no longer enjoy.

P.S. There’s not much to do in Nanaimo.

Posting from Wembley Alberta - 22 km outside of Grande Prairie towards the BC Boarder. Was born in Rupert and have lived there twice now a total of 27 years.
Been in Wembley 3 years now.
Do I miss Rupert, no just my friends.
I have a huge blue sky here, and 4 seasons.
I can see the real Rockie Mnts, no ocean in sight, but I can go to a lake at the end of my street , and travel a few km and be at another lake.
I am kept informed by friends on the goings on in Rupert all the time.

I’m still in the winter wonderland of Grande Prairie, enjoying every moment of winter driving and 4WD donuts in a foot of powder while in my personal vehicle… The work trucks, speed curves, hills and northern Alberta drivers around these parts sure keep the stress at an above normal level!

^ I’ve got some friends in GP right now. If you ever see a guy with a flipped upside down CFNR visor, he is a drunk friend of mine. He only wears that visor when he’s drunk, so be warned.
