I,m 5’8". Used to be 5’9". Shrunk over the years due to medications, so i’m told. Weigh in at 101.6 pounds. That’s ok, my wife says i’m still hung like horse, tong like toad.
Oh, and speaking of sizes. Have you ever tried to find SMALL SIZES in this town. Good luck! There always seems to be lots of large and extra large, a few mediums and hardly any small sizes. That’s not just in Rupert either. It’s the same in Vancjouver unless you go to a specialithy store. Then you pay an arm and a leg
Well im pretty sure some of it was water weight 
and i had a pretty shittty diet so cutting back on a lot of fatty foods/calories was a good thing.
Hmmmm…okay…so like I’d have to walk around more, eat less junk, drink less beer, and be healthy? I’ll think about it, heh-heh.
But, you are right, if I was more active and watched my diet a bit more carefully I’d make progress.
