Eso don’t drink beer. 
This is for Astro and others who feel more laws and stricter enforcement will lessen the revulsion they would feel if their child became a junkie. While I understand their emotions, I do not understand their misplaced anger.
What most people see is the destruction the happens around someone who is hooked on drugs. Imagine someone like Astro becoming a drug addict. It has happened before and it will unfortunately happen again.
The American drug war has shown us what can happen around the prohibition mindset, and what most “rights” or “anti-prohibition” advocates are trying to point out. The result has been more drugs, cheaper drugs and more potent drugs.
Why don’t we try something different? Like ending the prohibition of drugs. This is not giving up. We would still need to placate our neighbours to the south and this would need some regulation to stop international trade in drugs (and everything else).
