Rain Liquor Violation

Oh someone with a camera go take a picture of the sign so we can all share in the details

That’s if they didnt change the sign’s Again LOL

Don’t start rolling on the floor quite yet, the sign was still there at 5:30 pm when I went by.

You’re getting your LOLs mixed up with your ROFLs.

Not really … I think that a ROFL would be preceded by a LOL.

drove by and saw a story book of papers all over the front door. Couldn’t be bothered to get out and read all that shit. There closed …again…
I agree with a post awhile back that suggest some people in town would like to see these guys closed for good.I was told of a “hotel” in town who tried their best to screw them over before the doors even opened…It was confirmed by a constuction company who was threatened to stop work there… WTF…
This sorta bullshit is what pisses me off, a couple people in town try to run( and ruin) the city…

The sign makes no reference to Chances employees… it says patron. Either way, complete bullshit. They asked some drunk where they came from. Yeah, right !
We all know their focus is on booze not food. Their sign is complete bullshit. Suck it up - it was long overdue.
ps - nice spelling on the sign. should of finished grade school !

Should have finished grade school.

First rule of critiquing someone’s spelling or grammar:  make sure yours is perfect.

Witty comment. Sleep much?
Interpretation is in the eye of the beholder.
Pull you head out of Brian’s grade 4 ass…

No idea what that means, or why it needs 10 periods after it.  But hey, you were the one making fun of someone’s spelling, right?  Who is Brian?

Probably Brian Lutz, the owner of Rain.

I find it funny how he corrects someones grammar, and then says “Interpretation is in the eye of the beholder.”  To defend his own shitty grammar.

ROFLMFAO!

I don’t really have an opinion on Rain, I think I was there once when they first opened.

I also don’t really have a problem with spelling and grammar.  But it’s the ultimate irony to screw up your writing when making fun of someone else’s!

It’s sometimes hard to understand attitudes towards local businesses here … discouraging enough just walking through downtown and seeing one empty storefront after another.

If there are any of the HTMF dedicated people out there that have yet to see the great papers from the Rain, hear they are

Thanks for that Sindicat!  Seems very odd with the explanation of the situation that they would be in violation, wouldn’t it? But then what do I know, don’t drink so don’t know the rules.  :stuck_out_tongue:

well, I have worked in “a bar establishment” and a “lounge” would be different rules and loop wholes in such that I would think. I am no establishment inspector hahahaha

he sounds like a whiner heh

Why would the inspectors be there if there was not any suspicious goings on in this establishment, previously or had any complaints?
I have never been to Rain and probably won’t ever go there after hearing the owner talking withan ex employee’s kids one day, but that is niether here nor there!

We have had our liquor license suspended for four days it will be back in place on Tuesday the 1st of Dec.

A woman arrived at Rain I greeted her at the door. She had let me know that she just left Chances and had been waiting for a taxi but after 20 minutes decided to walk. She had walked as far as Rain and came in to see if she would have better luck catching a taxi for here, I called her one twenty five minutes later when the taxi arrive I escorted her to the taxi and sent her on her way.

This woman did not consume any thing at Rain.

There were two under cover liquor inspectors in house who were here due to complaints form competitors. (Liquor board let me know of this) As well employees of Chance let me know that they were instructed to file complaints about competitors from management.

I hold a food primary license the same as Chances and any other restaurant in town.

I am a Red Sealed Chef and Rain DINING Lounge is food primary with 64% food sales on a nightly business. I only use fresh Ingredients and local seafood, I pride my self on my food and Service and do as best I can with training of the local staff available to achieve a high standard that you all expect. As for my pricing my average cost of a menu item is $13.00 and average subway combo in $10.00 -$12.00. So let’s compare apples to apples not Apples to Dragon Fruit.

I hope to have you all in for dinner soon!

Brian

PS I spell checkd this so I hope the Decker is ok with it!
