Something tells me that the way this person seems to post in vague circles, makes it unlikely that his argument will be quantified. Being “treated unfairly” is pretty subjective when you are talking to fellow employees. Sometimes, people get fired for making a mistake. It may not be a vicious act, but it is against a conduct policy. Life can be tough. I find that the credit union is very considerate with their customers. They are a lot more willing to listen than your average large financial institution.
