can we file a mass complaint with signatures, saying that we think  we are getting riped off and made fools, we take it and have no choice, let another company build a network here so theres competition .

I was told to turn off/unplug my modem and wait and then plug it in and turn it back on and everything would be rosy!  :neutral_face:

Thats what they told me when I told them my internet sucked balls and they basically said to just reboot the modem…fixes everything!  :smiley:

My internet, and my boyfriends internet, always, always disconnects. It’s not the router, or the modem, in both cases, it’s Citywest. I don’t even want to bother trying to tell them that though. Heaven forbid they’d have to fix something for once. :unamused:
