For a limited time, Mandy Lawson will be teaching Yoga Boot Camp and Restorative Yoga classes in Prince Rupert!
Classes will be adapted for all fitness levels and will be a nice challenge, no matter what your fitness experience or level.
Classes will be held over a three week period beginning after the May Long weekend (come burn off the hot-dogs and smores!).
BootCamp - Wed 7:30pm, Sat 7pm, Mon 7pm
A total of 10 classes from May 22 - June 12
Price $13 per class or all 10 for $117
Restorative Yoga - Sat 8pm, Mon 8pm - 90 minutes
A total of 6 classes from May 25-June 10
Price $15 per class or all 6 for $80
If you wish to do all 16 classes the package price is $190
Payments accepted are:

Good old cash
Please bring payment in full for all of the classes you sign up for to your first class.

Where will the classes take place?
Good Question! They will all be at the Lester Center.
Update: All Wednesday classes are now FULL!
There are still a few spaces for Mondays and Saturdays for both Restorative Yoga and Yoga Boot Camp.
No experience necessary! Come join us for some fun and exercise!
