Hurricane force wind warning in effect.

Wind southeast 30 to 40 knots except northeasterly outflow 40 near the mainland inlets. Wind becoming southeast 45 to 55 near noon except northeasterly outflow 40 to 50 near the mainland inlets. Wind becoming south 50 to 65 late this afternoon then diminishing to southwest 40 to 50 this evening. Wind diminishing to southwest 20 to 30 near midnight and to southwest 10 to 15 early Thursday morning. Wind increasing to south 25 Thursday evening.
