During my year and a half stay in Prince Rupert, the internet was down countless times. My parents have lived in Kitimat for 2 years and have only had problems with Telus twice.
I had Telus “lack-of-service” internet during a years stay in Vancouver. The internet was down more than 1/2 dozen times. I wasn’t impressed.
