Yeah, so by the shadows I guessed Northern Hemisphere. (not sure if that’s a valid guess)
Queen as head of state = some Commonwealth nations, The Netherlands and Denmark.
Then by the roads, I guessed Europe - roundabouts, no energy-wasting traffic lights 
So not Canada.
No Earthquake meant not the UK.
No Krone, meant not Denmark.
Which left the Netherlands. Then I just googled for big buildings in the Netherlands until I found it. Heh, found a bunch of Ikea stores first.
