As you can see from the photos on that site, it doesn’t look like the mystery location. Good guess though, apparently lots of movies were filmed at Beverly Hills High School.

I think it’s a match. I just don’t know what is the real name of the place.

I looked on the link you sent, but can’t find the mystery building there. It’s similar, but not the same one.

The mystery building is not in that picture. Where are the steps up from the road? Or the trees on either side? Even the roof is different.
I don’t think the famouslocations.com site is wrong at all. That is Beverly Hills High School, but the mystery location is not Beverly Hills High Schol.
So is the mystery location in the state that has the Terminator as Governor?
