What can I download (Mac Book Pro Cleaner)

Was curious as to what I could download for a Macbook Pro. I know what to download for PC but not sure about the Mac. Just looking for a cleaner as I have noticed the Macbook is running a bit slowly.

Try just disabling programs from starting automatically (in system preferences, under users / accounts). Then reboot or logout and in again.
