Can anybody shed some insight why the roads are getting those strange divot-like potholes this year? They’re not the usual pits that develop over the winter but rather more like the asphalt is peeling away in chunks. But I haven’t seen any of those chunks… Did the city start using more salt this year or something?
There’s a pic in the Prince George handout paper shows a pot hole with a sign that says China 4,200 kms.

I don’t think that’s gonna work for potholes in town…Big Six is particularly bad and that stretch of 2nd W between Safeway and Mariners Park…
got a couple in Mcdonalds… new ones.
