Say it isn’t so… was reading the posters at the CBC window and was disappointed to see Celtic Night with the band King Crow and the Ladies from Hell on the same night as a Big Band Dance at Chances. Is there a community master calendar so groups can set events up without losing attendees by double booking?
They usually try to avoid clashing, of course, to improve attendance but it’s not always possible. It’s possible that night was the only one the travelling group was available. It’s also possible that both were set on doing the show that night and neither would yield. Really, though, this doesn’t happen often.
