A hyprocritical event that enables big business and entities such as BC Hydro to siphon the unused electricity surplus’ and sell it to corporate America (hydro outsourcing) and big business in BC while all the little guys, small families and hardest hit economy-wise are left paying yet another %7 increase. To enable hydro companies and small, private hydro providers to inflate our rates beyond what could be reasonably rated for one of the most naturally water-rich, resource full provinces in Canada.
Why is it the more I cut back on using my hydro the more I PAY? Screw your Earth hour, and screw you BC Hydro. I’m typing this from a cold, %50 less lit house and still dreading my hydro bill and withering in the face of another rate increase for your misappropriation of funds to your internal offices.
