Transportation Safety Board finds no problems from the recent adventures

There were “no systemic safety issues arising from this incident,” – Ken Potter, manager of marine investigations for the Transportation Safety Board, outlining the findings of the TSB’s inquiries into the recent aborted sailing of the Northern Adventure.
