Hi
I tried to download TOR and while it seemed to down load, it would not run. Then my computer got really, really slow for about 20 minutes. I am wondering what happened. I finally unplugged my computer from the net and rebooted it.
Has someone uploaded my entire hard drive? I thought TOR was a legitimate program.
Any advice is gratefully appreciated!
