Yeah, it was pretty bad. At one point he didn’t realize he was even being asked a question, and at another point he couldn’t figure out who was asking him the question. I know that folks around here like to drink, but come on man! Wait till AFTER work!
FYI: The Japan Times this morning reported that the guy stepped down as finance minister. He was originally expected to resign after a number of bills passed, but pressure mounted even from people in his own party to call it quits.
Now the PM has even more trouble to deal with, not the least of which is an approval rating in the teens.
Seems like the LDP are going bye bye soon.
Don’t worry, they’ll be back in less than 4 years, assuming they’re still capable of returning Japan to a virtual one-party state in less time.
