As for Royop, haven’t had a chance to look over the story, was busy chasing down other interesting developments in the world of transportation and port development (plug here for Podunk blog).
Hopefully will get up to speed on other things later on today… 
I gather though that they’re basically returning the zoning back to where it was before so as not to bind the next council to any decisions on land use made by this one…
On a positive note, at least there won’t be any new windows in town to be smashed out by the wandering zombie types…
