There is a book launch this Thursday from 6-10 PM at he Prince Rupert Public Library for this new book by local author, writer and journalist Matt J. Simmons.
This book is an extensive guide to the outdoor recreation resource right at our doorstep in and around the area. With detailed maps, pictures, and descriptions for local hiking trails, biking routes, rock climbing and paddling locations.
This is a great resource and reference book, for any one either new to the area, or looking to learn more about the area and wants to get out and about a little more into the great outdours that surrounds us here.
The book will also be available at local book stores and other venues around town very soon, so watch for it, and pick one up.
