If you aren’t aware, the Communities in Bloom Judges are in Prince Rupert. Communities in Bloom is a friendly competition designed to get people working together on projects that foster civic pride. The Judges will be touring the City today, July 21, and giving us “bloom” ratings on several criteria, including:

Floral Displays
Environmental Action
Landscape
Heritage Conservation
Urban Forestry
Turf and Groundcover
Community Involvement
