In less than a month, the cookbook of Cow Bay Café will be available for foodies in Rupert and beyond. Aptly titled “No More Secrets: Recipes from Cow Bay Café,” chef Adrienne Johnston reveals the methods & ingredients of 97 popular recipes at her restaurant. The book will be released on November 12 at Cow Bay Café, and the author will sign copies from 8 a.m. to 3 p.m. that day. The book will also be for sale at the Kaien Island Craft Fair on November 19, and at selected retail outlets toward the end of November.
