Last I heard it was $0.15 per text or $10 per month for unlimited.

No, its $0.15 per text to a maximum of $15 per month or $10 per month for unlimited.
It’s 15 cents for each OUTGOING text you send, INCOMING texts are free.
But yeah, it’s $10 a month for unlimited, but you have to phone CityWest and add it to your account. If you’re like me, you got your money’s worth in the first 2 days
