TERRACE/CKNW(AM980) - The pilot and co-pilot of a cargo plane have been killed when their plane crashed on takeoff from Terrace.
Manager of the Northwest Regional Airport, Laurie Brown, says the twin engine aircraft crashed less than a minute after takeoff on it’s flight to Vancouver.
Weather was said to be overcast at the time of the crash and visibility was about 15 kilometres.
No names have been released.
An investigation will get underway at first light.
