hmm im thinking that ive never really seen any good photographs showing how heavy the rain can be here…kind of hard to get a photo of ‘rain’, but i’m thinking that if i could use a neutral density filter to force a slower shutter speed it might pick up a fair amount of the reflection off the rain…
im too poor to buy a ND filter right now but maybe someone knows what sort of effect i’d get ?
just a thought.
