Did someone not say a few days ago that the System Access Fee was no longer being charged or did I miss something 
Because I just got my new bill and its still there

Telus is charging a $2.95 ‘long distance access fee’ to everyone who didn’t buy a plan from them.
That means even if you’re willing to pay the regular LD gouge rates, you pay $2.95 more along woth everyone using Primus or any other carrier.
