Grand daughter’s Grad next week so I’ll be off to Stewart for the first time. The step-daughter’s something of a drama queen so any travel advice to pass my way?

Bring your passport and check out Salmon Glacier and possibly the Salmon River bear viewing area although it might be a little early.

I did, I did see Hyder. By accident, then got a lot of BS coming back. Even though they saw me drive by and turn around, they had to check on the computer that I really was a Canadian citizen. Now I know I truly am, THE COMPUTER said so.
What a beautiful drive! WOW! Blown away by the scenery and Stewart is something else. Lucky I had over a half a tank left, THE gas station wasn’t open on Sunday.
A Grad class of FOUR… won’t act like the Fort is such a small town anymore. My own boomer grad class was almost 200…
