Anyone know an easy way to find out how local a local business actually is? I’m looking to use a local real estate company, turns out the Remax in Rupert is owned in Terrace.
Go see Keith Lambourne at Royal Lapage the man is as local as you can get : down to earth and honest … Not answering your question fully but Royal Lapage is far more local than Remax . Remax ditched Rupert years ago and came back under the Terrace business Coast Mountain
I don’t know a few agents there were very unprofessional and rude towards my parents just because they were tenants in a house they were trying to sell and have blown any hope of me being a potential customer of there’s in the future !!!
