I know about the 624-roam number from a land line but is there a roaming number that a LOCAL cell phone user can dial to call a TERRACE phone number.

I am not too sure if the roaming numbers still work. I tried the Terrace number, and received the robotic woman’s voice… “That service is no longer available.” She has a sexy voice. 
Why would they give you a number like that? Deny themselves the right to hose you long distance?
