Northwest Community College is tapping Rhoda Whitherly’s vast experience in the Northwest to help spread the word of the achievements in education in the region, as the college appoints her as the new Chair of the Northwest Community College Board of Governors.
Ms. Witherly has been the Prince Rupert community representative on the board since 2007, bringing a strong resume of community involvement to her new position as Chair.
