Renovation at old "Envy" building?

Looks like something is going on at the building that used to house the clothing store “Envy” and restaurant “Macy’s”. The canopies have been taken down and the front now has a construction type entrance…looks like something is going on here.

Anyone know anything?

I’ve heard it is going to be torn down.

I was just talking to someone with information about what is going on, and yes you are correct, its being torn down and rebuilt with an apartment on top.
