There is an article that has been published on the web and the organization refuses to remove it. To avaid a long drawn out legal battle I would like to remove the article myself. How do I get in to the archives of a small town paper and remove it?
Is it a cache? What makes it unauthorized? Is it hosted in the US or Canada?
