So according to reports from Petronas , they plan on using 70 percent foreign workers during construction …does anybody else find this percentage to be unreasonably high ?
I think you got that backwards. They expect to have 70% Canadians during construction .
that is an old report, before the Albertan economy collapsed and freed up lots of skilled workers
