Absolutely AGREE CLOCKED OUT !!..And then borrowing from another topic, we could have had folks on assistance doing the salvaging…Good work experience for them… 
the guy who owned the Inlander Hotel recycled all the steel and plastics etc…
our cities welfare folk should be paid for jobs like this, that would benefit everyone.
I thought they were removing the asbestos from the building and the scrap metal was just bonus.
