In police terms it’s called be on the look out for, and that call has gone out across the city as the RCMP investigate a suspicious and worrisome incident of Thursday in the Sloan Avenue area on the city’s west side.
The local detachment issued the following information on an incident which saw a twenty year old male, approach a ten year old girl walking her dog, he then reportedly invited her to his home where the young girl said he had candy and puppy. She said no and returned home to tell her mother who phoned the RCMP…
