The Prince Rupert Port Authority has a sent out a mass letter to respond to concerns being raised about a proposed wood pellet terminal on the waterfront.
There used to be a grain elevator there at one time before most people bought a home there. Did they really expect in a industrial area there would never be industrial activity ever again?
Well they must have. Because they spend a hell of a lot of time bitching, whining, and moaning that industry is returning.
