This is my first post on this excellent forum. I am considering buying a multiplex rental unit in Prince Rupert as an investment property. I will be visiting Prince Rupert in a couple of months, and would greatly appreciate some advance information regarding the rentals market, availability of work, desirable locations, historical anecdotes, and unfounded rumors.
