Prince Rupert All Candidates Forum could shape election

#1

For those that can’t make it to the Lester Centre tonight (or perhaps don’t like looking for parking) tonight’s All Candidates Forum will be streamed live.

Of course, if you don’t attend in person, you can’t shape the discussion, but then again, if you’re at home you can make popcorn…

Oh the decisions…

Interesting that it was only two candidates that really suffered from the sound issues, Sheila Gordon-Payne (twice her speeches were seemingly affected) and Gina Garon (she should have been give a new microphone).

They should ask for their deposits back!

I was at the Lester Centre so don’t know when the sound issues occurred but they might have helped Sheila if they occurred when she embarrassed herself by getting flustered and struggling to answer some obvious questions, blaming the Chamber of Commerce, saying they told her that different questions would be asked. EVEN if that were the case (none of the other candidates complained), they were top issue questions that she should have had answers for.
