One of the paycheque cash stores offers them. not sure which one though.
Seven eleven, safeway, overwaitea, actually, anywhere that they have gift cards have them, I even saw some at the post office.
Mastercard also offers prepaid cards as well.
you could also look at safeway tons of different stores there have their giftcards. maybe you can use a giftcard online and not get the high interest rate
just checked future shop u can use their giftcards online so im im sure others do too

Anyways, most places that have gift cards will have pre paid credit cards…

InstaLoan on 3RD. offers them, I think that is what it is called. The one on 3RD. anyway near Fairview Restaurant. A friend of mine buys one all the time to pay for online computer games. Works for him but there is a fee. Actually, they are hard to come by and are apparently not available at Safeway and such as are gift cards. Best bet is the place mentioned.
