I’m looking for some prenatal classes to join but can’t seem to find any information at all on classes in town. I’m more interested in exercise classes like prenatal yoga or swimming or anything really. Any information is greatly appreciated or a link to somewhere that I can find some information is good too.
What a great idea! Have you tried the aquafit classes, both shallow and deep water, ran at the pool? If they are not suitable, then ask them outright if they will run something separate. You are probably not the only person who would be interested.
