I just read in the Northern View that Phylis Bowman passed away. She was probably the greatest community advocate that this city has ever seen and she deserves a statue right up there beside Charles Hays. RIP Phylis.
That is so very sad to hear. She was an amazing author!!! I just bought a couple of her books from Rainforest Books and 1 of them was even signed by her!! I will be looking for the rest of them now!
