Good news for proposed Prince Rupert/Port Edward based LNG Terminals. Both the Petronas Pacfic Northwest LNG Terminal (Lelu Island) and BG Group’s Prince Rupert LNG Terminals (Ridley Island) had their LNG export licenses approved by the National Energy Board.
Great news - things keep trucking along for both of these huge PR based projects 
The NEB also granted an export license to WCC LNG, but that company has not yet announced whether Prince Rupert or Kitimat will be chosen as their terminals destination.
