Permanent False Eyelashes in Rupert?

I know that Sassy’s used to have a lady that could do Permanent False Eyelashes, but apparently she doesnt work there anymore…
So just wondering if anyone know of any other beauty boutiques or professionals that know how to do permanent false eyelashes?

I know that as of December Coastal Nails will have a certified technician doing eyelashes there!!! I can’t wait!!
