Is there anyway to put in a password for a Windows98 so other individuals have no access? I have been told no but that is one of the individuals.

I did a quick search and found this http://support.microsoft.com/kb/q152104/ Although that is the opposite of what you want to do, you should be able to figure out what to do from the information given.
