Actually, my friend says it should be the parents who sets these controls. You see, his daughter set them and now they are unable to change them. Any suggestions?

- download Firefox and forget Explorer even exists
or - go to c:\windows or maybe it’s c:\windows\system set to show all files. Look for one called rating.pol or ratings.pol and rename it ratings.nfg then reboot.
