Nov 16 Rally against oil tankers noon at Atlin

Hope to see you Sat noon at the outdoor rally. There will be free seafood chowder to celebrate what we are protecting from oil tankers.

Over two hundred people came out to the Save our Seafood Chowder noon hour Rally by Atlin. Five huge pots of chowder were eaten. There was sunshine, drumming, speeches and visiting. What with the craftsfair and election and putting up Christmas lights we still managed to join the thousands across Canada protesting expansion of the tarsands.
No Oil Tankers!
The Prince Rupert Port Authority should forget plans to load and anchor Afromax oil tankers here.
