Does anybody know if anything new has happened since Northern Health lost its court case? There were big articles in the Vancouver Sun and Prince George Citizen, and a smaller article in Northern View about 2 weeks ago, highlighting the history of the PRRH sitation, then nothing since. From the articles, it sounds like an expensive settlement is anticipated from a financially-strapped PRRH/NHA. On top of a new contract, too!
they are not appealing the decision and they are trying to settle it without the LRB getting involved, in other words the LRB will get involved because I doubt they can settle it.
