in response to rupertguy’s post about addiction. I searched for quite some time to find stats showing how we in Rupert stand against the rest of the province and it narrows down to what substance…per capita lower mainland is much higher in cocaine than here say, but i never found anything really good. A really intestesting subject though and i would like to see if someone can find stats on it for me/us. It appears people in the north are big drinkers!
