If you’ve been driving down 3rd Avenue West in the downtown Prince Rupert, you may have noticed that the traffic lights at the intersection with Fulton Street have been flashing red instead of cycling through the three colours.
Seems to be working out quite well as a four-way stop. Maybe it shouldn’t be fixed?
I was thinking the same thing…except for the idiots that don’t understand it a 4 way stop.
